Inclement Weather Policy
Wetlands Waterpark remains open during light rain. If the park is closed due to weather for 90 consecutive minutes before 3:00 PM, a rain pass will be issued.
Rain passes will not be issued after 3:00 PM. Rain passes are valid for a future visit during the same operating season and are non-transferable.
Wetlands does not give refunds due to poor weather. Please check the weather for the Jonesborough area and if necessary call before driving a long distance to the park. 423.753.1553 You may also check our Facebook page for park updates.
Once Washington County schools begin, the park will be closed during the week and only open on Saturday and Sunday.
