JOB OPENING: Greeter

JOB TITLE: Greeter

QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Minimum completed 9th grade  

  • Minimum 15 years of age         

  • Able to establish effective working relationships with fellow employees  

  • Able to competently follow instructions

  • Dependable, courteous and neat in appearance

  • Physically fit and capable of doing light and moderate lifting

  • Possess superior customer relations skills

  • Possess basic customer service skills

  • Work a flexible schedule including weekend work

KNOWLEDGE: 

  • Knowledge of operating procedures for greeting guests who enter facility

PRIMARY DUTIES: 

  • Assist patrons with any questions regarding Wetlands or other regional facilities

  • Document season pass and daily pass usage

  • Enforce all park policies and rules

  • Keep accurate records of current patron attendance in the park at any given time

SECONDARY DUTIES: 

  • Clean up breezeway area and greeter station on a daily basis

  • Other related duties as assigned

RESPONSIBLE TO: 

  • Cafe Supervisor,  Seasonal Water Park Manager and Water Park Director
